Améli & Co. AB ("Améli Gold", "we", "us") is a Swedish limited company. These Terms govern your use of our services. By creating an account or using the services you agree to them. Mandatory consumer rights under Swedish law prevail over conflicts.

Services:

We offer (i) purchase and sale of fractional investment‑grade gold priced against XAU/SEK plus a commission, (ii) insured vaulted storage, (iii) optional internal transfers of ownership between verified customers, (iv) redemption into physical bars/coins subject to minimum weights and fees, and (v) settlement of sales proceeds to your bank account in SEK (or other supported currencies). We do not provide investment advice.

Pricing:

​

Unless otherwise stated, your price equals XAU/SEK at the time of order + our stated commission + any shipping/insurance fees. We aim to show live prices and your total before you pay. If an obvious pricing/typographical error occurs, we may cancel and refund the order.

Eligibility & Account:

​

You must be 18+, pass verification and be resident in a supported market. Keep credentials secure and notify us of suspected unauthorized use. We may suspend or close accounts to protect customers and comply with law.

KYC/AML:

​

We follow a risk‑based approach under the Swedish Anti‑Money Laundering Act (2017:630), including identity verification, sanctions/PEP screening and transaction monitoring. We may request additional documents and suspend transactions pending checks. Where required, we report suspicions to the Financial Intelligence Unit. For certain investment‑gold deliveries, we must record the customer’s identity (including linked transactions) as required by law.

Storage & Redemption:

​

Gold is held in secure vaults. Purchases are kept in pooled (unallocated) storage until you meet the minimum redemption weight, after which we can allocate specific bars/coins to you for delivery or collection. Before allocation, you have a contractual claim to equivalent fine weight; after allocation and full payment, title to those items passes to you. Storage, fabrication and delivery fees apply as published. Shipments are insured. We supply investment‑grade metal (normally 999.9‰ fine gold) unless stated otherwise.

Delivery & Risk:

​

We ship via appointed carriers with insurance. Delivery times are estimates. If a parcel appears tampered with or is missing, contact us promptly and keep packaging/photos so we can file a claim. Your legal remedies for faulty items remain unaffected.

Return & Right of Withdrawal:

​

Because prices depend on financial‑market fluctuations, the 14‑day right of withdrawal for distance contracts does not apply to purchases of investment gold. This does not affect your rights for faulty or misdescribed goods under the Consumer Sales Act (e.g., repair/replacement, price reduction or rescission). See our Returns & Complaints Policy.
